Weight Loss Smoothie Recipe – Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 2 carrots
- 1 beet root
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Wash, peel and chop the ingredients.
Blend all the fruits. Depending on your blender, you may need to grate the carrots and the beet root before blending because their hard texture can damage the blade of some blenders. You should read your machine’s instructions first. The blender I love is this Vitamix blender. It is simply the best blender I have ever used. (not shown in picture)
Pour everything into a glass.
Add the teaspoon of honey.
Add a drinking straw and a lemon slice if on hand and your weight loss smoothie is done! Enjoy!
