How To Make Pancakes – Ingredients:
For the pancake
- 125g flour
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- Oil for frying
For the filling
- 3 tablespoons jam ( any kind )
- 2 pears
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
How To Make Pancakes – Directions:
Mix the flour, eggs and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan. Fill a ladle with the mixture and pour it in the frying pan.
Cook until well browned on both sides.
When all the pancakes are ready, stack them on a plate. In the meanwhile, wash, peel and chop the pears.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the pears and the honey and cook until caramelized. Stir often.
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and jam.
Take a pancake and spread the yoghurt and jam mixture over it.
Add several pear pieces.
Roll the pancake.
