Crema De Fruta Recipe
Today I’m sharing with you a fast, easy, and delicious dessert, Mini Crema De Fruta. This Crema De Fruta recipe can be made in just few minutes and perfectly served chilled. We can use any kind of containers as long as they are transparent. For this recipe, I will be using disposable shot cups. These mini Crema De Fruta can be served in cocktail parties or added to your dessert buffet. I used fresh mango fruit (chopped into bits). You can use other fruits, fruit cocktail, or even canned fruits. Ready for this cute sweet treat? Let’s Start!
Mini Crema De Fruta Recipe – Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 Cup Sweetened Creamer
- 1 1/2 Cup Crushed Grahams
- 1 Cup Chopped Mango Bits
- Disposable Shot Cups
Mini Crema De Fruta Recipe- Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients. You can buy a ready made Sweetened Cream at grocery stores. If you want to make it from scratch, just mix 1/4 cup Condensed milk and 3/4 cup All Purpose Cream. If you want to make it sweeter add 1 tbsp of Condensed Milk and less 1 tbsp. of all purpose cream.
2. Line up your disposable shot cups.
3.Scoop 1 tsp of crushed grahams into each shot cups.
4.Then top it with 1 tsp of sweetened creamer.
5.Layer 1 tsp mango bits.
6.Repeat layers and fill each cup until they are almost full.
7.Spread he remaining sweetened creamer to edges of shot cups.
8.Top them with mango bits for garnish. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
