Chia seeds, although look tiny, expend to more than four times their original sizes when soaked in liquid. These amazing seeds are excellent sources of omega fatty acids, minerals, vitamins and fiber. Mango is another healthy fruit. So today, we are going to combine both healthy ingredients to make Chia seeds mango pudding.
Chia Seeds Mango Pudding – Ingredients and Supplies
- 2 Cups Lite Coconut Milk
- 3/4 cup Fresh Ripe Mango, sliced or cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (This is what I used.)
- 1-2 tbsp Honey
Chia Seeds Mango Pudding – Instructions
1. Get all your ingredients.
2. In a medium bowl, pour the coconut milk.
3.Followed by the Chia Seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes.
4.Pour the honey, you can adjust the amount depending on your preferred sweetness.
5.Stir until everything is well-mixed.
6. Cover the chia pudding and refrigerate overnight.
7. Stir and mix everything.
8.Garnish each pudding with sliced mango.
