Bread Cake Recipe
Bread cake is incredibly easy to make. It consists of fried bread slices and your favorite cream. The bread replaces the traditional cake mix, which is time-consuming to make. Bread cake is perfect for situations when you want something that is delicious while you are time constrained. The result will impress everyone because of the cake’s texture and color. Bread Cake Recipe – Ingredients
- 5 slices bread
- 2 cups vanilla cream or pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Bread Cake Recipe –Directions
In a shallow bowl, mix the milk, eggs and sugar.
Soak the bread in the mixture.
Heat some oil in a pan and put the the bread in.
Fry the bread until it turned brown, then turn it over and fry the other side until it turned brown too. (Mine is a bit overdone.)
Do the same with all the bread slices.
Put a bread slice on a plate. Spread one tablespoon of vanilla cream.
Top it with another bread slice.
Repeat until you use all bread slices to make a stack.
Cut and serve your delicious bread cake!
